Our 30-day trial gives you the chance to see our unique approach to getting fit. You’ll get to know the team and our community, without any long-term commitment.

It includes:

  • Unlimited access to our class schedule

  • No commitment or long-term tie-ins.

  • Expert coaching to take your health and fitness to the next level.

    *Only available for first-time members. We only release 10 trials per month in order to maintain the quality and attention to each new member.

Personal Training

Our small group personal training sessions will be delivered by an expert coach to provide a fun, personalised and progressive plan for you to hit your goals.

Each session is tailored to your needs and requirements, to help you get stronger, and to improve your confidence inside and outside the gym.

You will have 12 Small Group Personal Training sessions to use within the 30 days.

 

1-1 Mentorship & Accountability

An expert coach will take you through an evaluation session to better understand your goals. This will help us to design a programme that is suited to you.

We will monitor your progress, and give you the nutrition and lifestyle support you need every step of the way.

  • Not at all. The 30-day trial really is just for 30 days. We created it to let you experience all the benefits of being a Patch Fitness member, without the commitment of a longer-term membership.

  • Hopefully you love us, and hopefully Patch Fitness becomes your new favourite place to visit! If so, we will suggest an appropriate membership for you to move forward with. But either way, you’re free to choose - and there’s no hard feelings if you decide that we’re not right for you.

  • Absolutely! We encourage all ages and abilities to Patch Fitness. All of our personal training sessions can be adapted to meet you at the level you’re at.

    Everyone has to start somewhere!

  • No! We tailor all workouts and advice to your level. Whether you’re at the start of your fitness journey or a strength training pro. We run small, non-intimidating classes where our coaches help you achieve your personal fitness goals. Every personal training session can be regressed or progressed to fit the suitable level for you.

  • Don’t worry. Many of our members come in with joint pain, niggles, or past injuries that we need to be aware of. Our coaches are experts in designing a plan that work with, or improve a wide range of injuries. We are not physios, so we will happily refer to some of our trusted specialist practitioners for your injury if we think this is needed.

  • All our Patch Fitness sessions are appointment only, so we are always able to manage the numbers in the gym at one time. All equipment is cleaned and sanitised in between sessions. All coaches and staff are lateral flow testing on a regular basis.

  • Patch Fitness is based at Heyworth Business Park, on the Old Portsmouth Road between Guildford & Godalming. Our postcode is GU3 1AF

    You’ll find the entrance to the business park in between the Shell and Skoda garage.

    We have a large number of free car parking spaces onsite, or there are plenty of free on-street parking spaces within less than a 5 minute walk.

  • We have a wide range of times available on the schedule. Monday - Friday we start from 6AM, with some sessions finishing as late as 8.30PM.

    On Saturdays, we run classes in the morning starting from 8AM.

  • Not at all! Current studies suggest that lifting at any time throughout our lives increases bone density, improves joint function, and can better our overall physical and mental health.

  • No. Injuries are a part of life and unfortunately aren’t always easy to resolve. But weight training can improve your ability to recover from injury.

    At Patch, our coaches will always make modifications to our programming to allow you to train while being mindful of your current or previous injuries.

  • Clothes you can move easily in. Think t-shirts, vests, shorts or leggings. And trainers, of course!

  • That is completely fine. Everyone’s fitness journey starts somewhere and that starting point is different for everyone. Our Patch coaches are trained to support members of different abilities safely within the one group.
