Spring Games 2026

We kickstarted the year with our annual Spring Games, and it was a great introduction to the lighter days and warmer months!

Head Coach Christian designed 3 workouts where our 8 teams would have a chance to work out, have fun and test their fitness! With a variety of workouts, each member had an opportunity to shine and showcase their strengths.

It’s always great to see members working together and having a bit of friendly competition. Using all the progress from our Small Group PT sessions in the months leading up to the big day.
